Fordham University alumni Carolyn and Maurice Cunniffe have been named to The Chronicle of Philanthropy’s annual Philanthropy 50 list, which highlights the nation’s most generous charitable donors.

The Cunniffes were recognized for their transformative contributions to education and the arts. Their gift to Fordham has supported scholarships for students from underrepresented backgrounds across the university’s campuses in the Bronx and Manhattan.

The Chronicle of Philanthropy’s Philanthropy 50 tracks donations of $1 million or more from individuals and families.
